The newly built apartment hotel in Babenhausen blends contemporary living with a dedicated event space, catering to both private guests and business travelers. Designed for flexibility, the venue hosts company events, seminars, and private gatherings, ensuring seamless functionality for diverse needs. A distinct architectural separation between the living and event areas allows for independent use while maintaining a cohesive design language. We are responsible for LPH 1-8.

SPATIAL LAYOUT

The layout balances privacy and connectivity. Fully equipped apartments provide a comfortable stay for short-term guests, while the event space serves as a versatile setting for meetings and celebrations. A pergola marks the entrance, seamlessly integrating the building into its rural surroundings.

MATERIAL AND ATMOSPHERE

A natural material palette enhances the modern design, combining warm wood elements with clean, minimalist surfaces. Large openings create a bright, open atmosphere, while the pergola reinforces the connection between architecture and landscape.
